When hope rest on the hands of this mafia, the sense of loss abounds around society

As politicians on a disgraced route to hell, agencies from different States and Cities once they catch one of the manipulated cases – which are many – they use this code of silence.

How could they denounce one of their partners in crime when their abuses are so, first, easy to recognize internally, and second, they believe their victim will never speak about it, or think they have no knowledge or think they have caught someone cheating the system when they are really, the only ones capable of structure a scheme stealing from the beneficiary because they have all the tools? And their extra eyes who will close if they are caught? I refer to the employees of Social Security.

If I wanted to create a group of all of us who have been abused by the system, I bet you that it will be thousands upon thousands in the same precarious situation as I am.

Let me briefly explain my case, in which I base this theory of mine. Yes, it is my opinion, because with what I have, it is more than abundant to plead a case in civil and criminal courts.

In July 2018, I was declared disabled by the Court of Appeals of Social Security as of February 1, 2010, (I represented myself) to receive retirement benefits and Supplemental Income (SSI.) The Burbank’s office, wrongly used to calculate benefits for retirement, August of 2015, and SSI December of 2013. Both were criminally wrong.

A few months later – maybe about a year or so – they said I was overpaid. I began immediately my protesting and once I discovered a Filipino man (I am not racist, but people from this region it is well known they look for employment in areas from where they can exploit the ill and seniors) who so ostensibly proclaimed himself as the god of calculating payment of benefits, denied my reasoning of using the wrong dates to calculate the amount of my benefits, which also could prove that there was no such overpayment.

Then I went to the Glendale office to use my same reasoning but with a same response as Burbank. By the way, as of today, they have never sent me documentation as how they arrived at said overpayment.

Sometime within those days a big black man knocked on my door who said worked for Social Security trying to collect from me $18,000.00 that he said it was then overpaid (I am not racist but make this reference as a way of intimidation this mafia use.)

Of course I refused, wrote a letter to the US District Attorney’s office in Los Angeles with copy to the Burbank office (the response these US Attorney bureaucrat criminals sent me was saying that “they were not my attorneys.”)

A week or so later, Burbank’s office reduced the overpay all of the sudden to about $6,000.00, two or about months after to $3,000.00 and finally to $1,300.00. How? Again, no written response.

About two years ago I moved back to Colombia moving jurisdiction of my Social Security case to the Embassy of the United States in Santo Domingo under the hands of the State Department. What a disaster! They hide their name when they call using a language in hieroglyph.

By the way, did I mention that with this exchange with these three different offices I learned first, they refuse to identify themselves, second, they never answer in writing (it becomes written evidence,) third, they don’t provide their email addresses, they never give you a direct telephone number, and to do all this, they stupidly justify their reasoning “for security reasons.” Which one, theirs? Are they so criminal that believe all the people contacting them are as law breakers as they are?

Now we have a new Commissioner “fake news” Trump style saying that they have improved their service and that now it takes less time to process claims of any nature, and their website has improved. It is this man stupid or simply criminal. I have been using their website now for about it was ever “implemented”  (5 to 8 years), and I FIND NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER.

I set it to receive all my correspondence online about five years ago. Would you think that you could find an intelligent individual to put it in use? No, THEIR DOCTRINE IS TO DO NOTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE IT BECOMES HARD EVIDENCE.

They ask you to call, you find no answers, they ask you to author an email, they ask you to check on their website, they hang up your calls.

Commissioner Frank Bisignano, am I super gifted that can see how obscure is internally the office you say to represent? Is it a nest of criminals? Why is it that there is such over-protection to the employees absconding their fraudulent theft to beneficiaries and their schemes using a double accounting system?
